Active West Builders is proud to announce Meadow Ranch as achieving on a production level, the only LEED® certified homes in Coeur d’Alene and has the first and only LEED®-Platinum Certified home in the area with many more homes achieving Gold or Platinum status.

ActiveWest Builders creates semi-custom homes in Meadow Ranch as well as custom homes throughout Idaho and Washington. They are also building a state-of-the-art, Energy Star and USGBC LEED® certified dormitory housing at Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington.
