After seeing our kitchen and hearing feedback on what we were wanting, he provided a free detailed quote and mock-up proposal of the remodel. He took a long load bearing wall down. He worked directly with any subcontractors (mainly floor and a bit of plumbing), but did 95% of the job himself. Cheryl was very helpful with helping us decide on cabinets, counters, etc and handled most of the ordering herself. The design process was easy to visualize and Andy and Sheryl were very collaborative with incorporating our ideas and needs within the design while working hard to stay within our budget. Andy was on the jobsite daily and was easy to talk to about design and daily plans. Our house was left clean and the remaining supplies and tools were tidy every evening; They were here when they promised and worked extremely hard to meet the deadline we agreed upon even though the scope of our project changed a few times. All of the subcontractors who worked in our house were polite, professional, friendly and the work was top notch. All of the work that Siegel design center did for us was high quality, excellent craftsmanship and beautiful. They have helped us update our house to a dream home. Also, every drywaller, painter, electrician, etc, who came in during the renovation was super nice and very friendly! We were told by another contractor that a kitchen wall could not be removed, but Andy was able to remove the entire wall to open our kitchen up and make it larger. Andy was able to build a very unique wall for a see-thru fireplace, which turned out absolutely beautiful. I've gotten so many compliments on the craftsmanship of the finished product, everyone tells me that our kitchen looks like it's from a picture in a magazine.
