> We used Foremost Builders for a great room addition and were completely satisfied.  From the plan's design through to the completion of the build, Dave and his team were professional, responsive, enthusiastic and trust-worthy.  We really felt like we were true partners.  Foremost uses Buildertrend, which is a project management tool, and we found this system to be quite valuable; daily progress reports and pictures were uploaded, messages were exchanged, and invoices were easily delivered and paid using this system.  The space is both beautiful and functional, and we would highly recommend Foremost Builders.

## Community Q&A

**Q: 1960's Ranch Homes Transforms into a Mountain Home** *(in Before & After)*

Although the owners of this home worked with an architect partner on the exterior concepts, they themselves designed every single space (inside and out) on their own.  Their biggest challenge was keeping the existing structure while making it energy efficient, beautiful, and most importantly - livable!
