> We had the pleasure of working with Mark and Betsy Smith of Trademark Construction over the course of a year while we designed and built our new home. Together, they make a great team. They value quality and integrity. Mark's attention to detail is top notch. He brought the smallest things to our attention that we likely wouldn't have thought about until we had lived in the home a while. He does not take short cuts. He is honest and up front. He keeps a VERY clean job site. Both are incredibly creative. Betsy was extremely helpful in the design process. Our home is fairly modern. Betsy made sure our home felt cohesive. She has a great eye and helped bring all of the fixtures and finishes together nicely. Trademark Construction has been in the community for a long time and their relationships with vendors and contractors were evident. They really do have quite the team in place. We appreciated meeting weekly with Mark and Betsy to discuss progress and next decisions. They held our hand through the entire process and made it seem easy. We felt that they truly wanted nothing less than for us to LOVE our home, and we most certainly do! We would highly recommend Trademark Construction.
