> I bought my house in March, that was finished in May and I'm so happy with everything! Because it was still being built, I was kept very informed along the way by Lindsey -- who was my main contact, and so much fun to work with! She went far above what was required at every point to make sure I was happy with things. My home closed on time, they worked with me to allow me to pick out things that weren't in the home yet, and I could always reach someone. Everything looks amazing! They made sure everything was in perfect condition before closing and set up my contacts for learning anything I would need to know about the house, its efficiency, as well as how to use security features. It couldn't have been easier for me and I couldn't be happier with my house!

> Jim Burkett and West Point Homes in Deer Creek Village has been a true blessing to our family. We have been in the neighborhood since September of 2011. When we were building our home, Mr. Burkett made sure I was satisfied with everything, and I'm particular! The neighborhood is really like a family community. We have events for kids and families during the holidays, a neighborhood workout center, and a beautiful club house to rent for special occasions. The club house has a pool next to it, a basketball court, and a playground. My family has thoroughly enjoyed all of it! The Halloween party is one of my favorites! The neighborhood gets together for pizza and then we all go trick-or-treating! We have some awesome neighbors that spearhead the events. I'm so thankful I live here, and I want others to know it! Also, Deer Creek schools are fabulous too!

> It's been going on almost 2 years at this point and our warranty work is still yet to be done and the kitchen isn't complete. We are on our 4th builder trying to resolve these issues and it looks as if it going to be handed off again. The house is falling apart due to cheap materials and the repairs are just a band-aid fix just to get them in and out. Paint flacking off all the trim work and cabinets that starting at 6 months in and they can't even match it back up for the touch up paint. Drywall is cracking, trim is separating 1/4 to 1/2 from the top and bottom of the walls (not the normal joint separations), tiles have cracked, Water leaks, along with numerous other problems. We have foundation concerns as our neighbors have had piers put in just a year into ownership. For the premium that WP charges for their homes we expected high quality materials and workmanship and we got neither. The entire street has the same issues and from the FB page it appears that so does the rest of the neighborhood. It just seems that it is just a hush hush mentality and that because they (WP) contribute to some other activities around the neighborhood we as homeowners are just supposed to be happy with a house that's falling apart around us.
