We had some personnel issues that created delays and issues with the installation of the HVAC systems. I am also a licensed class b contractor. I have worked in the Sarasota construction industry for over 30 years. We worked through the issues and were able to complete the project but with many problems along the way. Jeremy handled all of the issues with professionalism. His knowledge of the industry is as good as anyone I have worked with over my career. After the completion of the project Jeremy paid our company in full. I can assure you most Contractors I have dealt with would have used the problems we had as a tool for non payment. I got the recommendation from my cousins who used Westin Hills for their renovation and were very pleased with the result. From the first phone call, I knew I would feel comfortable working with Jeremy, so I "signed up" to work with Westin Hills. Both Jeremy and Kristen made the whole process very easy for me, as I am in Ohio most of the time. I appreciated their attention to detail on everything from the initial proposal to the last little bit of paint that might have needed a touch-up. It is easy to trust that they will do everything to perfection. The workmanship of their subcontractors was extraordinary. I had some very intricate tile work, trim work and a beautiful walnut countertop installed and it is all just STUNNING. They worked so hard for me to actually get the countertop because of a shortage of walnut. It took a long time, but it was so worth the wait! Both Jeremy and Kristen are "salt of the earth" human beings who are friendly, professional and smart. I really appreciate those qualities because I know that they'll do great work and do the right thing...always. We were under contract with Westin Hills to start construction and I was dreading the call to Jeremy to let him know of our desire to stop the planning for the project and upgrade condos. He couldn't have been more gracious and understanding and was genuinely happy for us that we were getting the condo we wanted even though he had significant time invested in planning for our 2 bedroom condo. The new condo also needed a renovation and he was immediately available to offer his thoughts. > > We started the planning process again with the 3 bedroom condo. His proposal was very detailed and left nothing for interpretation. It's not easy working within the guidelines of condo associations, but Jeremy and his team were awesome. They were respectful of the rules and time frames they were constrained with and very aware of cleaning up after themselves on a daily basis. I would think the brackets used to support a 16" overhang would due just fine. For our 32" O.H., we collaborated directly with the counter top company to design the support system.
