In fact, we have become close friends with Kathy and Peter, and that would never have happened with our previous builders.  How many other subdivisions do you know where the builder lives among his clients;  his 2 married sons also reside in the subdivisions that Dior has developed.

Working with a master design/build firm, we were able to make any custom changes that we desired.  The punch list at closing was short and outstanding issues were quickly and competently remedied.
