> In Feb 2015, I purchased 3 Provenance Woven blinds by Hunter Douglas, spent about $2200. They originally arrived with a couple of flaws but were quickly replaced before installation.  I ordered them with the black out linings but once installed I did not like how they looked on the outside of the windows, on the front my house.  Pam, at Transformations Design, came up with the brilliant idea of a rear valance, to hide the lining from the outside view.  It was the perfect solution, I am delighted with the finished look.
