Those jobs are well along now and I can say the results have been excellent so far. Wes and Gia are a pleasure to deal with and they put their hearts into everything they do. In my experience many renovation contractors are missing an understanding of the big picture, but Wes has that in spades. He focuses not just on the project management and organizational dimensions of the job, but also on the ultimate goal which is to add value for the client. He is an artist by nature and applies that talent to guiding material, layout, design and color choices. In contrast, some other contractors I have worked with in the past just plow ahead and don't consult with the client, which is risky at best. Wes has strong relationships with suppliers and subs, as well as a thorough understanding of all the building trades and ongoing innovations in the industry. He manages the work of his crew and his subcontractors efficiently and effectively, getting the most out of the available budget. Did I mention hard working? This guy is up and running at 5 AM every day.
