Parsons Construction found its beginnings in July of 1981, when the company enthusiastically embraced the custom home, remodeling, and commercial market. Our first project was an addition to a residential home in the Spokane Valley. Since then, we've been able to build in numerous neighborhoods and developments throughout the Spokane and Idaho region, including Hayden Lake, Coeur d’Alene Lake, Spirit Lake, Bella Vista, Northwoods, The Ridge at Hangman and Highland Park, just to name a few.

Having never built the same home twice, Dave’s creative touch and unique vision has afforded Parsons Construction the opportunity to build some of the most sought after homes in the area.
