We had issues from construction up until now. We were able to look past a lot but when a HVAC issue destroyed over 1/2 our 2nd floor, their warranty department said that they are not covering any of the damages. Bethel hired the HVAC company. HVAC company states that someone magically moved the unit that caused the damage. No one is claiming fault and the unit has been leaking since 2020 when we moved in- unbeknownst to us. On top of all of this, we have a leak in our kitchen from the roof. When we addressed the issue with Bethel’s “warranty” department, they gave us a number of a roofer. SMH. Luckily we have great insurance that will go after their poor ability to deliver a good product. Our fight has just begun.
