As a Rugs Professional they worked to provide the best experience in selecting an assortment of Rugs at reasonable price ranges for my project in question; however, in the beginning I was getting mixed information from a number of representatives. It seemed to me that their knowledge was limited from a position, but I was assigned a specialist that would reach out with 2-3 business days. This didn't last long, as my requests were escalated and promptly taken care of with swift action and recourse the following day. As is the case, given the exceptional service and savings with nuLOOM, I was pleased with the purchased products, but most importantly have had no long-term complaints since from the contract holders via the project I took, aside from general treatment of the rugs( to which nuLOOM easily provided me with). **★ — Allie Leal, Aug. 2017** > I was so excited to receive this area rug because it had the "boho chic" look I was going for in my bedroom. While the carpet arrived in a timely manner, the colors were a little darker than shown on the website, however I was still happy with the overall look. Things took a turn for the worse about a month after purchasing the rug, I noticed that the fringe began to fall off ( I should note that I was in between two rugs that looks very familiar but chose this one instead because of the fringe). Then, about two months later, the sides of the carpet began to fray. I am really upset with the quality of the rug. While it is beautiful....I highly do not recommend you purchase this item.
