> I began shopping for a fireplace insert last October, the entire staff at Fire Glow has been exceptional throughout the entire process, from purchase,  to the  multiple home visits required, to the follow-up. This group sets a new standard for customer service. John and his entire staff worked with me to get my permits in place, and were extremely patient when I had difficulty in getting needed permits. One of the things that was extraordinary to me was that they did not bill me for the entire purchase until my permits were secured, even though they had to store the unit for over a year.

> After several cold winters, my husband and I became interested in purchasing a wood stove to heat the basement of our home. Unfortunately, neither of us had every owned or operated a wood stove. Throughout the entire process, the staff at Fire Glow were extremely professional, knowledgable, and courteous! They addressed every question that we had, made recommendations on the wood stove that would be perfect for our household, and provided everything that we would need for obtaining permits. Neither my husband or I felt any pressure to buy and were greatly impressed by the amount of information that our sales associate gave us. Given our positive experience, we went ahead and purchased a Quadra Fire 4300 wood stove. Fire Glow kept in contact each step of the process and were willing to work the scheduling around our basement renovation. Our installer did a wonderful job- the installation was impeccable! He walked us through stove operation, chimney maintenance, and was kind enough to answer our remaining questions/concerns. Bottom line- from beginning to end, Fire Glow went above and beyond our expectations! We are very grateful for the positive experience that we had and will gladly remain loyal customers.
