Premier does great work. The crews they use were very professional, very talented and most importantly there were always multiple crews working on the project. We started the house well after several other houses were started by other builders in the neighborhood and finished well before them. When you build with Premier you will get your house on time and within budget. I also appreciated that Premier is very honest they let you know the price of everything, so you feel comfortable you are paying what it actually costs. My wife and I love our house. It's beautiful. But the follow-through post-close was really really bad. There's a lot of lip service and assurances. Kevin is really great at selling and making you believe it's going to get done the rare times you do get to speak with him. You come away with a real good feeling and appreciative; but things just don't get done. And at the end of the day, that's what matters - whether things actually get done. If we had a concern, Kevin was at the job site to meet us. There were things that I wanted to do as far as insulating the basement walls and he suggested not doing and explained in detail why. We are very satisfied and love our home. Any concerns or questions after completion, he is there 110%. I always have one of Kevin's Business Cards in my wallet and if someone is talking about buying or building a home I ask if I might make a suggestion and offer his card and highly recommend they contact Premier Builders before making any final decisions.
