> This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I give the one star only because they came in a timely manner after being called to close my pool. I was charged $125.00 for a two man service to literally pour Chlorine in my pool. Didn't/couldn't take steps out so I did it myself. All the tubing was left attached except one piece which I found lying on the ground. Do not use this company unless you want to waste your money. I did all the work myself.

**Comment from Rays Pool Service:**

> We winterized your equipment and  plumbing on your above ground pool that had extreme dark algae growing in it on November 16, 2016. We could not install the new 24 foot round cover that you bought from somewhere else, on your 27 foot round above ground pool. "It will Not fit the pool". We did offer to come back once you had the correct cover and put it on the pool. We also offered for you to purchase a new cover from us that would fit your pool. We also offered to come back out and correct any issues that you might have had.  Although we can't please everyone 100% We think that we have went above and beyond to try and make you a happy customer.
