We got to know JD and Laura Bessey and their staff just before we purchased the house and worked closely with them on completion of punch list items.   During our first summer, we had plans prepared to turn the lower level into additional living space.  Bessey Construction provided a comprehensive proposal with terms that we felt were very competitive.
