Our original GC left us with streaky, holey, uneven walls, and we brought in Acord to fix them. This required reskimming and repainting the entire unit, after everything was already finished and furnished. We worried, knowing the project would be challenging to approach retroactively and that all of our housely possessions were in Acord's hands. But they gave everything the white glove treatment, going above and beyond to protect all of the finishes and furnishings. And they provided the level of detail we thought unattainable, with smooth and straight walls and ceilings. Plus, they constantly went the extra mile to correct things, like taking our ceiling soffit down to the frame to drywall it from scratch and helping us correct issues with things like our window treatments.
