After i Contacted IDE the secretary answered and told me she would have a project Manager get back with me! within 20-25 not only did i receive a call back from Andrew but i also had a IDE rep at my house more than helpful letting me know everything was going to be alright and they would handle everything for me including my adjuster with the insurance company. AND THESE GUYS DID TOO IT WASNT A DAY later my insurance adjuster called and told me i could go ahead and move out to a air BNB.
