This is something just not that common in residential construction.  I can specifically acknowledge their project managers Ian and Aaron whom I have worked with on Dailey projects. > Outstanding, far far exceeded my expectations in so many areas.  Initially they told me they were working for me, I was the boss, they would do whatever they could to make sure they built exactly what I wanted.  They've worked to save money by finding excellent subcontractors and negotiating fair and reasonable prices.  The quality of the work is exceptional.  They make time to explain processes and plans as well as issues to me, to get my opinions and to offer advice.  There have been no budget over-runs.   Chosing them to add onto and remodel my home was the best decision I've made.
