Ward Lile received his degree in Architecture from The University of Virginia and practiced in Charlottesville, VA and then Washington, DC before returning to his childhood home in Little Rock, AR.  He then began solo practice there and eventually merged his company with that of garden designer and television host P Allen Smith.  While there he funcitoned as Creative Director of Smith's media company and Design Director of their design company while creating both gardens and homes throughout the region.
Now is his 10th year in solo practice, Lile is producing homes, gardens, and interiors working with other design professionals as a team to bring full services to a variety of projects.
In addition he works as Town Design for The Village at Hendrix, Conway, AR, a New Urbanist community being developed in a small college town.

Just wanted to tell you that I love this room!  Brings back memories of spending summer nights on our sun porch as a child.  You did an awesome job!

A: Thanks so much.  I've always had a fixation on sleeping porches and this was a chance to do it to the max.  It's situated where it has fantastic breezes and it's incredible sleeping out there at night.

Where was the wall light purchased from for this room?

A: Almost all of the light fixtures are from Circa Lighting.

A: Thanks.  The porches are 14' deep and nearly 40' long.   They were designed to function as rooms in conjunction with the interior rooms.

A: The space is approximately 14' deep and 40' long.
