They did such an amazing job and were so great to work with. Being displaced for five months during the construction, they were more than accommodating and did everything they could to make the process as painless as possible. As with any remodel, we ran into our share of hiccups. Kirby handled everything with the utmost speed and professionalism. Can't say enough about the entire crew and staff. We get constant compliments from our neighbors, friends and family. To put it simply, my father is a retired custom home builder of over forty years and he stated "the best decision you made on the whole house was the contractor that you chose". Do yourself a favor and hire them for your project. The project was at Lake Tahoe, Kirby is in Reno and I live in Seattle so things were complicated but we never missed a beat. All the subs were terrific! Importantly, the workers all seemed happy and worked consistently throughout the day - no slacking off. That's the sign of happy workers!
