Amazing reno - created a "jewel box" of a house and made it livable for a modern family - very European farmhouse type. > > Second reno was a 3 story traditional in the Heights in 2010-11 which included custom bookshelves, drapery, matching original wood floors from 1910s and helping decorate with customized furniture and paint colors. It also included combining 3 rooms into 1 great room with 2 super support beams added for structural integrity. > > Third reno was in 2015 mostly cosmetic in the Cypress area but included updating paint, installing wood floors and customized drapery and furniture again plus placement of art on walls. > > Rhonda also helped me stage the Montrose and Heights houses for maximum selling value and that was more than delivered.
