> We were very disappointed in the whole experience with Aloe.  We hired Aloe for a complete redesign of our backyard, pool and associated landscaping.  We found from the start that the communication was poor, they didn't listen to our input and didn't follow through. Updates were usually at our request, often rescheduled, and we found they constantly pushed their vision of the backyard and didn't listen to what we were looking for. We needed help the most sourcing plants and materials but when we asked where to get the products we were told to talk to our landscapers and given very little direction.   Again, we spent an inordinate amount of  time on our own sourcing the products we had already paid Aloe to find.  Furthermore,  they spent considerable time sourcing tile and when we chose one of their recommendations it was out of stock. This happens, but they were so concerned about the hours spent that my wife and I then spent countless hours on our own sourcing a suitable replacement which we found and organized.   We had similar challenges with the install team.  Very little communication and when we sourced a hedge for our neighbors property at 10% of the price of Aloe's quote they quit on us.  Probably a blessing in disguise but it was very unprofessional and delivered by email from a person we didn't know.  There was no accountability for their own mistakes. We also had multiple people handling our file and found the competence level and accountability to be low with more focus on their billable hours than completing a project where their clients would be happy.

> This is the second project we have done with Aloe. Several years ago they designed and installed our new deck and back patio area with an outdoor fireplace. The design has allowed us to extend our living area in the summer months. We always have complimantes from our guests how well the design flows from the house to the yard area. With this second design we asked the team to update the front and back yard areas, to make them a bit more low maintence while at the same time updating the design and making the back area into a 'flex' space for family to play ping pong or sit by the outdoor fire bowl. The entire process from design to install was professionsal and well organized. The team encouraged our input and worked within our budget to design and install beautiful spaces that checked all our boxes.

> We live in the heart of Downtown Vancouver. Patio space is a rarity and  when the patio is located on the 10th floor there are additional opportunities and challenges.

**Q: Could I leave those tubs outside during winter - harsh Canadian winter** *(in Photo Questions)*

I have no place to store them.  Will they look as good after a couple of winters?

A: they are all season weather. they can fully be in snow. they are galvanized steel tubs from feed lots.

A: defintely not staged! these are super great vegetable growing troughs as they are quite deep, and wide and come in an array of sizes. Edibles do great in its neutral growing condition. They are lightweight to move before filled and super affordable. Bought at feed supply lots.

A: it is a custom table done by a local designer brent comber. it can be left outside, however most of his work is intended for interior.
