It was a big mistake, because the surface material they recommended was porous and it was not too long before the seepage began to cause problems with the foundation of our house. Tony came to advise us and suggested a patio upgrade that would involve going all the way down to the original ground, adding good fill, tamping it down well, and then topping it off with blue stone. I think it was a difficult job, but we are very satisfied with the result which is not only beautiful but also has the appropriate drainage features. I am pleased to provide a very positive review for this company. Everyone we dealt with was professional and did their best to accomodate our rather limited access to the work site. For such a big job, very little of our existing landscaping was disturbed. We do not hesitate to recommend T.R. Builder, Inc.
