**Q: Is this a custom shower pan? Can you provide the manufacturers name?** *(in Photo Questions)*

We're remodeling and want a zero curb shower. Every contractor who's looked at the job has given us a different answer on how to do the pan. I've seen European shower pans that don't require cutting into the floor joists, etc. How was this one done?

A: VIM Products has a level entry shower base that does not require you to lower the floor or cut into the floor joists. www.vimproducts.com

A: This is the Victoria & Albert "IOS" freestanding tub

**Q: what size is this shower area** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: The feedback we've received from several customers is that it isn't too cold since you're under warm water and in the same air temperature as the rest of the bathroom, so there isn't a sudden "cold shock" when you exit the shower.

**Q: Where are the faucet controls?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: They are located to the left of the shower niche so they can turn the shower on before getting in. If you look closely you can see the handle.
