Phillips Development will make it a dream come true. We first used Phillips Development 8 years ago to do a complete kitchen remodel, front door replacement, new stucco siding, etc. Josh Phillips hooked us up with a cabinet maker that did a fantastic job as did all the other subs for a good price. We were nervous ripping up our house for the remodel but all went as planned and we were very happy with the results. > We are in our 60’s now and wanted to build our dream retirement home so we contacted Josh who hooked us up with a home designer and we got the plans drawn for our home. The lot was a prior purchase and the plan was designed to maximize the location. > Josh uses computer software to schedule the build out and all the owner choices interior and exterior. We relied on his expertise to make choices that come up when building and we added things like a media room fireplace and large cement courtyard that were not part of the original plan. We even got an exercise room out of a dead space that was in the plan for roof trusses. He saw an opportunity for an extra space with a small change in the framing process and for little extra cost we got an additional small room. > Building a custom home can be very nerve racking but Phillips Development helped us with all the decisions. We selected Phillips Development after interviewing several builders during a Parade of Exclusive Homes tour in the summer of 2011. The quality of their product stood out, and we found the personality and design style of the owner, Josh Phillips, to be compatible to our own. We could not have been more pleased with our decision. Josh, and his honest, hard-working, clean crew of craftsmen delivered a beautiful result on schedule and within our budget expectations.
