> Alicia (Sensitive Information Hidden) handled our remodel in 2023, we were 3,000 miles away and she managed the entire project, including the architects (interior and landscape), contractors, landscape, purchased all materials, and created a design that was beyond tasteful.  We didn't spend a lot of money on materials, however all of the comments from real estate professionals to our friends always commented on the high-end finishes.  We live in a guard gated community in Newport Coast, before the renovation the value on the home was 3.3M, immediately after the renovation we received offers at above 5.4M.
