Emailing or calling, you will have to call him for 2-4 days before a he answers. He will charge you without your approval on plans and do as he pleases. Be careful on any changes you make because they will come back to bite your pocket. He quoted us a price of $33,000.00, we made changes, and the bill was total came to $45,000.00 with no authorization. I was furious, and told him he should have told me this was going to be a significant price increase. He should let us know before performing the work. Bottom line, I spent a lot of money and would not recommend him!!! **Comment from Alberto Jauregui Designs, Inc.:** > Craig, > I am sorry you feel that way. I always returned your calls as soon as I was able, typically it was not more than 24 hours. The very first time you called me, I re-arranged my schedule to drive 6 hours the next day to go see your site and find out about your needs, without even knowing if anything would come out of it. We always treat our clients with utmost respect, and you were not the exception. Our fees are based on price per square foot, as stipulated in the contract you signed. Due to yours and your wife’s needs, we arrived at your desired square footage which is 10,086 of covered area. Both you and your wife approved the design. Had you not been satisfied, we would have adjusted anything after the initial concept presentation, and we would have not continued until you were 100 percent happy. As far as the size of your ranch house, you were always in control. After presentation of the design, you approved everything and the project continued. When working drawings were finished, we spent about 6 hours reviewing the plans explaining every detail of the house to you and your wife to make sure everything was clear. You approved everything, you both were very happy with the design, we delivered the plans, and that concluded the project. Later, one month after concluding the project, you called asking to make changes to the finished plans. Any additional changes requested after work is completed, is charged by the hour, as in most regular business practices. > This was a very exciting project from the beginning. We enjoyed working with Craig and his wife throughout the entire process. The land site offered magnificent views of 5 canyons and rolling hills which combined with the family’s needs, it helped to create a truly beautiful and unique design. It was a great experience having the opportunity to design their retirement ranch home. We enjoyed creating spaces with intimate and special functions for them, such as Craig’s wife’s retreat which allowed her to enjoy the closeness of her beloved dogs. We loved designing with their future in mind and taking into consideration grandchildren, accessibility and a growing family. Thank You in advance A: Hi Lucy This house was built by Scott Felder Homes in Austin TX unfortunately I don't have that information. **Q: what paint color is that?** *(in Photo Questions)* On the wall A: I don't remember exactly the color but it was somewhat similar to a Kelly-Moore Paints color: KMW10-1 Pogo Sands.
