> Pahlisch Homes owns Crystal Lake Community Management, Inc. Interesting they just gave notice to remove "Save the golf course" signs for communities that surround Rivers Edge Golf Course. Pahlisch is trying to buy the course to build duplexes. The signs were approved for use by the Upper Rivers Edge Master Association. The signs must be working and hurting "live on the golf course" sales....... shady indeed.

> Pretty well built but in a hurry with cracks in the slab and the foundation. No movement yet but we were told we have to fix the cracks ourselves. Many of the other new houses on our street also have cracks in their concrete. Also no dark sky lamps outside despite Deschutes county requiring them since 1994. We have to pay to replace them if we want. Keep you eyes open like any other business deal and you should be OK. Don't take anything the realtor says as gospel. Check for yourselves. I'm a carpenter with 36 years in the trades.

> We had numerous quality problems with our high end Pahlisch home and eventually they got resolved except for one. We have glue seeping through our front deck that forms stalagmites. This is due to some construction fault. The warranty claim was filed October 16, 2016 and now January 30, 2018 I am still receiving excuses for why there are delays on resolving the problem. If I could go back in time, I would have never bought this high-end home from Pahlisch.

A: They are located behind the washer and dryer.

What is the color of paint used on the walls?

A: We worked with Paulsons on this project and they likely will be able to help you find the paint color or something similar. Good luck!

A: Hi there, we worked closely with Paulson's on this project, so we'll refer you to them.

A: We use Sherwin Williams for paint. They have a neat color matching tool online called "chip it" that will likely get you the answer regarding color.
