**Q: Have the tiles been sealed a certain way?** *(in Photo Questions)*

The tiles appear darker and richer in color than on the supplier websites.  Have you sealed them a certain way to bring out the color and shine?  (they look great!)

A: To be honest I don’t recall whether or not we used an enhancing sealer on the tile or not. It’s tough to go by what you see in pictures though because colors can really distort. I recommend you get a sample to see it in person. And if it’s not dark enough you can always enhance it to get the colors to pop. Good luck!

**Q: Do you have an exhaust fan in the shower?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Yes we certainly do. It’s a remote fan with two inlets. One is located in the shower and one in the toilet area.

**Q: pit drain** *(in Photo Questions)*

Did code require you to install a drain in the car pit, and if so, did you have to install a grease trap?

A: Hi thanks for your question... By code we were not allowed to install a drain in the floor for fear of it carrying oil, gas, or grease out of the building and contaminating the soil

**Q: Snow guard system** *(in Photo Questions)*

Where would I find this snow guard system? Thank you

A: Those snow guards came from Firestone Building Products. It's the same company that manufactured the metal roofing. Good luck!

**Q: What's the stain brand used on the exterior doors?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Hi. I love the rich tones of the stain on the exterior of the building. I have a lot of cedar that needs to be stained on my property. Any information on the stain brand and color choice would be appreciated. Thanks so much.
