Rob helped us to navigate the difficult process of permitting, and testifying before the Office of Public Space as well as the Kalorama Historical Society. His design made the most out of our precious outdoor space, and the garden out front continues to be a source of pride, and enjoyment. Best of all, the the irrigation provided makes it almost completely self-sufficient. The second project we worked on together was a complete gut job of the first floor of our duplex. He ripped out existing wall to wall carpet, installed hardwood on the second floors, and suggested a cost effective porcelain tile for the first floor. He completely redesigned the kitchen and living room areas and created a fabulous open plan space out of what had been three very small rooms.
