**Q: What kind of siding and stain color was used? It’s beautiful!** *(in Photo Questions)*

Love the colors used

A: It is clear cut cedar with a mix of black n brown semi-transparent stain. Also used EcoWood sealer. Glad you like. It’s a bit high maintenance but definitely worth the look in my opinion

This decking looks beautiful. Can you please share how they applied this concrete and how they colored it.

A: It’s just poured slabs and is part of the pool over hang. It’s natural color nothing added. I do not like colored concrete. All natural. Poured it in separate sections to minimize cracks. It is not scored or cut just individual poured sections alternating spaces like a checker board over two days. Glad you like.

It seems that either your house will be hotter if you paint it a dark color, or your air conditioner will have to work harder.

A: I used black corrugated metal! I’m so happy you like the house. Starting my new one 5 doors away.

I love the architectural elements on this project. I have been stalking it for a while. Can I ask what the fence design and stain mixture is? Such a fantastic, eclectic mix of elements

A: Thanks for the like. This was created from an old trellis that was 40’ long we dismantled and reconfigured into privacy screens to the out door master bath retreat. We also used the extra black corrugated roof panels and pieces from the new roof on ADU to clad on the ugly fences of the two neighbor properties
