> Selecting a builder is like a marriage--compatibility is key.  We found that Cornerstone--"Brennans" were great to work with and were very creative.  We had some plans sketched prior to our first meeting.  Jim Brennan not only adapted the plans to the property, but tweaked them, which lead to a better floor plan. Jim set a date for completion with a couple weeks either side of the date and completed the house within the given time frame. The subcontractors were courteous and very capable.
