Their diverse clientele includes high-end custom homes, townhomes, commercial retail projects and higher education building renovations.

> We hired Sachs in Sept. of 2012 to build our 6700sf home.  It was completed in April of 2013.  Almost exactly 7 months from beginning to end.  We had an onsight supervisor that was here everyday ensuring not only that tasks got completed on time, but that they were done to the highest standards.  Very professional service all the way around.  We felt they were always looking out for us.

**Q: Brick or painted brick?** *(in Polls)*

New construction: my husband and I are thinking about painting our brick. Is there any negatives?

A: One thing to think about when painting brick, is that you can never go back. It's virtually impossible to remove the paint. If it is interior brick, think about covering it with rock veneer to get a different look.
