Tim, the owner, talked with us for an hour about the different types of carpets and what would best fit our needs. They answered all of our questions. Explained all about warranties and let us take several large samples home with us to insure we got exactly what we wanted. They were able to set up our install very quickly. We have a house that is over 100 years old so it posed some challenges. They couldn't have done a more amazing job on the install! Turned out perfect! We had shopped a couple other flooring stores in the area and they quoted us twice the price and didn't educate us on what we were going to buy. We are so grateful we bought from Bisek otherwise I have a feeling I would want to replace my carpet after a couple years. My home was left clean, flooring and new carpet not only installed but vacuumed as well! They even emptied all the stuff out of the bedroom very carefully into the main room they had just installed flooring into, so they could also do the carpet in the bedroom. The carpet was in the warehouse, so while 2 of them continued to work, the 3rd went to get the carpet. They finished the entire basement in 1 day!
