> Our ModaFlame ethanol Fireplace came missing parts so we can not use the door/dampener. It has surprisingly questionable quality. We've been trying for 5 months and they have not sent replacement parts yet. It's a crazy run-around. Send pictures, pictures too big for their screen, send invoices, send payment receipts, who did you talk to before - send me that email etc etc. We simply want what we ordered. Advice - buy any brand ethanol fireplace BUT NOT ModaFlame.
