We recently had our master bath redone. They installed the wrong handle on one of the cabinets. We have emailed him several times and have received NO RESPONSE. We sent him a picture (below) and still no response. It is now July 2020 and have even offered to redo myself if he would be willing to send me the information on where to buy the same hardware. This company has been my general contractor for 5 years and they have done an outstanding job. They completed a full kitchen design and remodel of my kitchen, which turned out beautiful. A complete gut out of the kitchen; sheetrock replacement, ceiling lift, wall removals, flooring, repiping, electrical...all of it. They are cost conscience, were able to troubleshoot problems upfront, and they performed meticulous work. Very detailed. They showed up on time, cleaned up their mess daily, and were hardworking. I have hired them for several other jobs, such as crown molding and base boards throughout the house, new lighting design, electrical, all new flooring, and all the interior painting. I had pipe leaks from the old galvanized piping in the attic, and they came out as soon as I called, replaced the piping, repaired the ceilings, etc. They are my go-to Contractor for everything. We told Chris Clark, the owner, what we were looking for and then showed him the quality in the main home. We wanted the new room and bath to be of equal quality. Chris gave us a price on the spot and we accepted with a handshake. Chris built what we were looking for and kept to the agreed upon price.
