> They are the best builder. High quality, great service, and never any issues through the building process. They were very competative on prices, compared to the others. They stand behind their work and will be there after the work is finished in case you ever need anything. Everyone else feels the same way.

> Toby Cornell and his team built our dream home 5 years ago. We cannot speak highly enough about Cornell Custom Homes (CCH). The quality of work is unparalleled. The ease of working with Toby and his team was more than we expected. CCH provide the highest level of customer service. We were given a schedule the whole way through of all the events and things that needed to be done all with plenty of time to select the specific items. Change orders were very minimal, most because Toby discovered ways to enhance the house that were not envisioned when the architect drew up the plans and then CCH discovered them early enough in the process so that the increased cost was negligible and extremely worth it. We now have 3 nice view windows which were not in the original plans because of his foresight. These are just a couple of examples of the great Company CCH really is and the pleasure it was to work with them.

> After interviewing several home builders, we contracted Cornell to build our 6400 sq ft home in Chino Hills CA in 2009. We have been extremely pleased with our decision. Building a custom home like ours was at times a bit overwhelming. Toby Cornell personally helped us through the building process from the initial plan reviews, to material decision making, to final details. Cornell's staff was extremely professional and helpful throughout the entire process. We wouldn't hesitate to hire Cornell again should we decide to build another home.

> After searching and interviewing different contractors, my wife and I decided to go with Cornell Custom Homes to build our custom home. We are very pleased that we made that decision. Toby Cornell is not just a great home builder but also a great person that takes the time to listen and explain any concerns that we might have throughout the building process. That was very important to my wife and I. His staff and subs are second to none. We were very pleased with the outcome of our home and the whole building process. We would highly recommend Cornell Custom Homes to anyone looking to build thier dream home or remodel the home thier in.

A: Thanks for the question, I don't know the brand name of the light but I know we got these lights at Victors Lighting in Anaheim CA. If you live in the area you could visit there showroom and they could tell you if this line is still available. Thanks-Cornell Custom Homes

**Q: Where can I find mirror frames such as these?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Looking to re-model bathroom and love the mirrors in this bath.

A: We got these mirrors from Karen Doolittle at the Orange County swap meet. They sell mirrors and custom framed art work. You can custom order any size and frame choice you want, sometimes you can get lucky and they have some on display that could work also. Have fun mirror shopping!- Cornell Custom Homes, inc

**Q: Modesto ca area** *(in Photo Questions)*

Do you travel to central California?

A: Unfortunately we don't go to Central Ca. We are fortunate to be very busy right now in So Cal and couldn't give your project the time it deserves being so far away. My Father built about 8-10 homes up there over 20 years ago mainly for Dairy Farmers who moved up there from So Cal. We're just not set up to do jobs more than 100 miles away. Thanks for asking and good luck with your new home project! -Cornell Custom Homes, Inc.

**Q: What is the estimated cost of a kitchen like this?** *(in Photo Questions)*

I absolutely love everything about this kitchen. I think it is perfect!

A: Thanks for the kind words, and I agree with you, this is an awesome kitchen! Of course many things contribute to the final cost of kitchens, such as quality of the cabinets and the types of appliances used, as well as things you do to see such as the general construction of the project before the finished products are installed. A good estimate if you had to duplicate this kitchen today would be between $150,000-$175,000. Thanks for the question and let me know if we can be of any further assistance to you.- Cornell Custom Homes, Inc.

**Q: What color are the floors and is that travertine** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: The color was a dark walnut, it's about the darkest stain you can get, any darker and its almost black. Have your cabinet contractor get you samples to choose from as they all call their stains a different color. And the walls are faux finished in this home, the dome ceiling you see in the nook is Venetian plastered with a raised design piped on.
