> I am so grateful that I chose Caldwell Construction for a major window replacement project for my home.  If you worry, as I do, that some aspect of the project will run into a challenge, I think you will find his competency and professionalism very comforting.  Most projects do have a hiccup and Sean is meticulous and persistent at following up, in our case, to deal with a manufacturer defect.  His crew has been wonderful to have in our home as well as his recommended sub-contractors.  While we will be happy to have the project conclude and are thrilled with the windows and finish work, we will miss having Sean and crew here!

**Q: bathroom vanity** *(in Photo Questions)*

What is the species of wood on the bathroom vanity? It that custom made or manufactured to order?

A: The wood is rift sawn white oak. It was custom made by Lotus Cabinets here in Santa Barbara county. it has a custom finish on it as well that was applied by MF Classic Interiors.

What color and manufacturer is the stain on this door?

A: IT WAS A CUSTOM STAIN MIXED BY THE PAINTER OFFSITE. NOT A OFF THE SHELF ONE, SORRY I COULDN'T HELP MORE
