> I have had the pleasure of working with Hybrid Construction on multiple home improvement projects as well as remodels. Whether the project is large in size or small they are always friendly and professional. They offer design recommendations and suggestions as well as preforming the actual work to get the job done. The owner is always responsive to my many questions and takes the time to explain the pros and cons of the various options that are presented to me for my project. When you hire Hybrid Construction for your project you can be assured that the owner will be on the job site on daily basis, not just at the time that you sign the contract. As we all know, this is not always the case w/ General Construction companies. This is 1 major differentiator in my opinion, between Hybrid and other companies.

> I chose Hybrid Construction to remodel my newly acquired beach home because I appreciated Alonzo Banuelos for his affability, his understanding of my vision, his extensive knowledge of construction materials, his consideration of the style of my home and the beach aesthetic, and his experience with the city codes, permits and coastal requirements.
>  The project entailed a small house with large imperfections and my desire to make the home feel open and inviting without adding square footage.
> The job included: All the flooring needed to be replaced, new windows and doors were added, kitchen countertops and sink were replaced, insulation was added, two tragic bathrooms were made beautiful, plumbing, and electrical were updated, ceramic tile was laid, interior and exterior painting was done, and heating and A/C completed the work.
>  Alonzo provided precise plans, accurate estimates and was very honest about any structural problems that might be discovered as the work commenced. The job was completed according to schedule. Throughout the process I was promptly informed about any issues regarding the project and any possible  delays.
