He used high quality materials and his sub-contractors (carpenter, painter, tiler, plumber, electrician, etc.) were all very good and professional. He worked with us on layout and design options, material choices, and handled unexpected issues that arose during the remodel. In our case, our remodel had the added stress of having the building’s freight elevator imminently closing for six months. Ruben needed to complete the job before the freight elevator’s closure, or we’d be unable to bring up materials, appliances and furniture to the condo. Ruben and his team completed the gut remodel in record-time, beating the deadline. When we have another project, we’ll call Ruben first.
