We've had contractors tell us that before, but this was the first time our contractor was proactive and thorough in completing the warranty work. In addition, we hired RedPhoenix to do some new work including the design and installation of a large sliding door between two rooms. There were some weird space constraints but RPC came up with a brilliant, gorgeous solution.
