We took in 3 small valances (2 - 5ft in length, 1-3ft in length) to have new covers put on them. We picked out the material and paid $200 at that time. 5 weeks later they were ready for pick-up. When we picked them up, another $400 was due. $600 total. That is way way to much. I feel like a quote should have been provided upfront. All that needed to be done was put new fabric over an existing valance. That should not cost over $200 a piece.
