> Robert Kuehl coordinated the redo of my house after a frozen pipe break in February. He arranged for mover to pack and store everything in the 4 living areas affected. His crews took care of removing the wet, yucky sheetrock and carpet. When I wanted to upgrade the floors with porcelain tile planks, Robert brought samples and helped me find just what I wanted! When I decided to use the tile planks in the rest of the house as well, Robert took it in stride! New PEX pipes, new floors, new lighting, new paint! I love it! I couldn’t have done this remodel without Robert Kuehl!

**★★★★★ — Bill & Sharon Townsley, March 2021**

> After our experience doing a major kitchen renovation, I can highly recommend Robert from Premier Kitchen and Bath.
>
> Robert added value throughout, provided sage advise as we made decisions and, importantly, delivered a high quality product that we are thrilled with. Robert's strength is design and has a passion and knowledge of all the products on the market. He is very meticulous and uses very high end software to create 3D renderings of your home which you would think were photos of the final product. He was patient as we worked on the kitchen details like the beverage center and a custom refrigerator that looks like a piece of furniture when closed. His attention to detail from cabinet hardware, lighting and backsplash gave us things to think about that we had not considered. After some 23 drafts renderings, we signed off on the project and Robert delivered what we agreed on.
>
> Construction was made complicated due to some COVID order delays, but Robert managed the issues, kept the project moving forward, and communicated the plan as it was updated. Robert worked with the cabinet manufacturers to ensure the custom and some unique cabinets came and fit first time. Premier Kitchen and Bath management supported him, and after they made one wrong countertop cut, took full responsibility and had a replacement cut and installed with priority. Costs were also very transparent with Premier Kitchen and Bath. They have an electronic approval system that provided detailed breakdown of the work and an excellent change management system that allowed the scope changes to be tracked and signed off on so there was no doubt to either party what the kitchen was costing.
>
> We had a very positive renovation experience and if your are doing a home renovation, I would highly recommend Premier Kitchen and Bath with Robert as your project manager.

**★★★★★ — jwest93, March 2021**

> This is the second project that I have hired Robert Kuehl with Premier Kitchen & Bath to manage. The first was a complete renovation of my master bathroom (over 8 years ago), which I expanded to include wood floors over the entire house, new entry and fireplace surrounds, and new flooring and countertops in my guest bath. I was really impressed with Robert then, and he's only gotten better with 9 years more experience.
> My current project is a major renovation of my kitchen. Robert has a really good eye for design, he communicates very well and often, is extremely detail-oriented, and is completely honest and forthcoming. (For example, the sink was dented, and I didn't even notice, but they pointed it out to me and replaced the sink.) t's been a joy to work with him and his team--including Nate Price, the onsite project manager. I chose a difficult tile pattern for my floor, and Raphael (who I call the tile master) executed it beautifully. They have tried to keep my house as clean as possible -- surrounding the work area with plastic sheeting and putting ram board down to protect my floors. All the workers have worn masks for COVID, and they've had a minimum number of people in the house to protect from COVID as well.
> My project is almost over and I am THRILLED with the results. The project has been pretty much stress-free. If I see something wrong, I don't worry, because I know Robert will take care of it.
> No matter what your home project is, you can't go wrong with Robert and Premier Kitchen & Bath.

> We recently had two bathrooms remodeled by Premier Kitchen and Bath. We were impressed and pleased with the whole process, from the design stage where we could see our ideas taking shape through to the actual work. Our house was always treated with respect and the work that was done was kept to a minimum disruption. There was always a manager on site overseeing the work and everything was completed to a high standard with any small issues dealt with right away. We are really pleased with our bathrooms and would recommend Premier Kitchen and Bath to others and would use them again for future work.

**★★★★★ — George Poulos, June 2017**

> Robert did a fantastic job on our project. His renderings allowed us to visualize the end product. He was very helpful with project recommendations and open to our change orders during the construction phase. Everyone who has seen our house since the remodel is very impressed.
> We experienced an issue with a drawer on a cabinet approximately 5 years after the project was completed. Robert and the same carpenter who originally installed the cabinets came out to fix the drawer and did not charge us. Very good service. It is nice to see people stand behind the products they sell.

**★★★★★ — Naomi Wasson, Feb. 2017**

> Robert Kuehl was excellent to work with. He showed up to meetings on time. He was very professional and knowledgeable about quality products to install in our master bathroom. After getting to know us he was able to suggest products and design ideas that we would like. Whenever there were problems he offered several options to rectify the situation. The job was completed within budget. We enjoyed working with him and would use him again.

> Over a 4 year period I hired Premier Bath and Kitchen from Katy TX to remodel my kitchen, master bath, and upstairs bath along with other misc. parts of the house including replacing all of the windows sills of which many where rotten with marble and quartz window sills. Two of these projects were completed in 2012 and one in 2016. Robert Kuehl was assigned as the project manager developing project schedules and budgets along with working collaboratively with me on the designs for each of these projects including producing CAD drawings projecting what the final product would look like. Robert was available on all of the projects to accompany me visiting marble and granite stone companies to pick out materials for the projects and giving me his advice along the way. He also had access to some third parties who also assisted with providing design advice. On all of my projects Robert's goal was to ensure that I was 100% satisfied with the work performed and the final product. Additionally, Premier Kitchen and Bath provided me with a Certificate of Insurance backing up the work performed. I highly recommend Premier Kitchen and Bath and Robert Kuehl specifically for your next proejct.

> We hired Robert to be the General Contractor in our master bathroom remodel. He was involved in the entire process from initial consultation through final punch list. He assisted with our design and provided high resolution renderings so that we knew exactly what we were doing before we started. He's incredibly detail oriented and will not accept anything less than the highest quality work from those he brings to the job. He worked with us to resolve a few complications that came up and was easy to work with. His crew provided a clean work space. I would hire him again.

> Our kitchen was built in 1991 and it was definitely time for a remodel! We met with Robert and described our dream kitchen. With his insight he was able to tell us what would and would not work with the floor plan. He was very attentive to detail and came back several times with drawings until we agreed on a plan. There were various crews undertaking each portion of the renovation, demolition, electricians, carpenters, granite installation, etc. Each crew showed up when scheduled and was very respectful of us and our home, containing the mess and cleaning up at the end of each day.
> The kitchen was stripped to the studs and totally rebuilt. During demolition It was discovered our exhaust duct work and electrical wiring was inadequate for the new kitchen plan. We were alerted to this problem and given a few options as to how to proceed and the cost of each before anything else was done. They were able to remedy the situation without a delay in the renovations.
> Many times we deferred to Robert's recommendation and every time he was spot on. We had a special request for an open shelving unit. We showed Robert a picture and the finished product was even better than we had hoped.
> I wish there were more stars to give Premier Kitchen & Bath! We absolutely LOVE our new kitchen! We will be remodeling our master bath soon and I know without hesitation we will again turn to Premier Kitchen & Bath.

**★★★★★ — Stacey Franks, April 2016**

> My husband and I used Premier Kitchen & Bath for our master remodel, bedroom and bathroom. Robert Kuehl was our contractor. Robert was VERY detailed with us throughout the entire process. Our estimate, drawings and meetings were professionally done, Robert does an amazing presentation, very high tech! Everything was budgeted to the penny and we actually went under budget by a little. If anything needed to be corrected or revised, it was done. Robert has access to high end products and has a great eye for "what looks good". If you hire a good contractor, you do not need to spend a lot of extra money on a decorator. We are using Robert again for our kitchen and an outdoor living area. Thank you for a low stress remodel, I have heard lots of negative stories from others about their contractors and I only have positive things to say about using Robert with Premier Kitchen & Bath.

**★★★★★ — linz358, Nov. 2015**

> Robert designed a full bath in an unfinished attic space when other contractors seemed lost at the task. We were very pleased with Robert after meeting other contractors that seemed overwhelmed in somehow constructing a full bathroom in our attic space so that we could convert a 2nd floor media room to an additional guest space. Not one of the other 3 contractors called us back with the quotes they promised, but Robert was always very communicative and was in touch immediately with a beautiful proposal on how to make it work! As an added bonus (since I didn't prefer the look of 2 doors on 1 wall), he took my request of wanting to convert our existing attic door to a "hidden door" made to look like a bookshelf, and designed it perfectly. Although there were dilemmas and delays as with most construction, Robert was always very upfront on timing and options, so there was never any questioning on our part. We knew he was dedicated to the job and would get it done as quickly and efficiently as possible. He was also very accommodating to our "complaints" when something wasn't quite right and ensured they were all fixed prior to final payment. I will also add that Robert's skills as a graphic designer made it so much easier for me to see my choices. I am a very visual person, so making decisions using 1x1" tiles for instance, is hard. Robert was able to design the room as if I was looking at real photos so I could easily say yes or no to the various choices. I would highly recommend Robert, as he came to us off of another referral, and we are thankful he did. We will be using him again in the future for any other renovations we may come up with. Thanks again, Robert!

**★★★★★ — Terry soderstrom, June 2015**

> The project was a complete kitchen and family room remodel that included the removal of a column, removal of bar area and island, all cabinetry, appliances and floor tile. We asked Robert Khuel to design a kitchen that provide more storage and o open it up in a way that it would provide more work space. He accomplished this by tearing everything out of the existing kitchen and replacing the cabinetry and building a large island area that included additional cabinets underneath. It was an excellent design. Robert is very skilled with computer graphics. Because of this skill, he was able to provide computer models that very nearly represented the finished product. This made the job of picking out cabinets, granite, tile and backsplash much easier for us. Having this level of visibility also allowed us to save money. We were very pleased with the finished product.

## Community Q&A

**Q: love the tones in this house.** *(in Photo Questions)*

hi can you please share the colour palette you used in this house. We are doing a refresh with paint and I think these colours would go really well.

also what colour are the cabinets and trim?

thank you.

A: The granite slabs are called Colonial Cream. The tile is D-Mansion Fine by Panaria. The cabinets are by Elmwood Cabinetry and the finish is White. I no longer have the paint color information from this room unfortunately. This house was remodeled in 2017-2018 so some of the materials may not be available any longer.

**Q: Can you please let me know the name of this worktop?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: It resembles Taj Mahal Quartzite, maybe start there and see whats available in your area.

**Q: Palm Springs designed home** *(in Photo Questions)*

I need ideas to assist me with total makeover of master bath

A: How may I assist you?

**Q: Awesome sink** *(in Photo Questions)*

I'd like to know price and if they're are similar styles of this sink?

A: This sink was acquired from Eden Bath. It retails for about $560 with an assortment of drain finishes.

**Q: What do you think of these doors from our KBIS booth? We call the door style "Eclipse", it is a polished Stainless Steel frame that looks like it has beveled mitered corners (but it is all one piece). The insert is an architectural resin called "Girona Gold".** *(in Post to Followers)*

What do you think of these doors from our KBIS booth? We call the door style "Eclipse", it is a polished Stainless Steel frame that looks like it has beveled mitered corners (but it is all one piece). The insert is an architectural resin called "Girona Gold".

A: Will there be multiple resin insert options available? If so, when will a sample kit be available?

**Q: Lazy Susan** *(in Photo Questions)*

Can you please tell me who manufactures the lazy Susan?

A: The lazy susan was provided as an option by the cabinet manufacturer. In this project we used the Premier Series from Wellborn Cabinet, Inc. This product is different from a standard lazy susan because it is made of wood with powdercoated metal rails and there is no center pole. Each susan spins independently of the other.
