Cresmark responded immediately to my request for a quote and only two others responded but much later. I decided on Cresmark because I really liked Lisa's vision for my basement and because they always got back to me in a timely matter. They quickly found the source of my leak which was an unsealed vent for the gas fireplace done by the original builder of my home. Chris and Herb were the builders doing most of the work in my house and their work was excellent and they could always find a solution for anything that arose. Also, they were very friendly and pleasant to be around which I find very important when people are in your house day after day. Lisa was always available to consult with and always responded to my calls or emails in a timely manner. I absolutely love the new tiling throughout my house and Dino did an amazing job installing it, including making sure the pattern matched in the corners and he was also very friendly and pleasant to be around which as I stated is important when people are working in your home. Likewise, A.J. who did my stairs was also pleasant and professional as were the plumbers and electricians. The storage solutions and flow of my basement and kitchen that Lisa came up are amazing and have completely changed the way I can function more efficiently with day to day tasks and everything looks so beautiful. Also important, they showed up every day. They didn't start things and then disappear, they were there every day and I appreciated that too.
