We had previously remodeled our lower level full bathroom just a few years earlier but the integrity of the product was subpar despite $50,000 spent, falling apart within two years after completion. All for a price that kept migrating higher and higher throughout the project while workers were absent regularly. For our master bathroom we knew we had to have a different solution. We wanted more room without increasing the square footage, a view out to the lake from the shower which would require some plumbing logistics over an uninsulated addition with high end finishes. The 'lakeside luxe' bathroom is the result of excellent collaboration, a bid that never migrated upwards, and top notch daily communication, and excellent thinking outside of the box.
