It’s hard to find a reliable, reasonably priced contractor who delivers quality work, but they did exactly that. I’ll definitely be using Richard and his team again in the future.

> Grenier Construction did a complete remodel on our 17,000 square foot office space in Burbank.  It was a very old building that had not seen a fresh look since the early 80’s.  Before our move in date, we hired Grenier to do an extensive demo and remodel.  Gutting almost the entire interior, I worked with Richard Grenier daily during the construction process.  As with any old structure, it was necessary to modify the plans and make decisions on an “as we go” basis.  Richard never let these changes extend our target move in date or have a negative impact on our budget.  The completed space was exactly the creative environment we wanted.

> Obviously it's up to each consumer to thoroughly vet a builder for a whole host of legal concerns, including things like licensure and permitting practices, but this review is more about overall experience...
> Upon the recommendation of some friends of ours, my husband and I used Grenier Construction in the summer of 2012 for a full remodel of a 2-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath condo in West LA. By "full remodel" I mean that they dropped and added sound-proofing under the entire ceiling, they removed a ton of wallpaper and smoothed and painted the walls, they replaced the flooring with wood flooring (marble in the bathrooms), they completely rebuilt (including custom cabinetry) the kitchen and all three bathrooms, they installed various forms of lighting throughout, they installed various appliances (we bought everything new) throughout, they created a built-in entertainment center (including a large, swiveling TV "arm") out of a former wet bar, etc. In other words, for a condo, it was a fairly involved job. Long story short, we got the clean, modern look we were seeking, on budget and on time (and with as few ruffled feathers on the part of our new neighbors as possible). No surprise, we went on to recommend this company to friends and acquaintances -- and are recommending them here.
