> Marc Coan Designs and his sub-contractors tore out the whole kitchen and replaced it with new cupboards, cabinets, countertops, lighting, wallpaper, backsplash tile.  Marc, who is very experienced in design, offered suggestions for accent trim and other materials that coordinated well together.  Marc is very knowledgeable and easy to work with.  I know many of his subs have worked with him for years and they respect his judgment; he respects their expertise as well.  He did not push us to use materials that we didn't like.  Keeping to a budget wasn't involved in our project, but I'm sure he would have respected any budget we might have proposed if that had been necessary.

Are those cabinets a natural cherry or was a stain used?

A: These cherry cabinets have a light Honey Wheat stain, it just evens out the wood tones. It reads natural.

And what hinges are used for the lift mechanism?

A: Hello Janis! This appliance garage we made here is 48" wide and the hinges are the Blum Aventos Lift Up System.

These are really attractive cabinets and handles. Does anyone know who made them, and what wood they are? Thank you!

A: The pulls are from Tob Knobs, they are the Crescent Pulls from their Nouveau collection in Brushed Satin Nickel. And the cabinets are made by DeWils, Cherry in the Butternut finish.

Are these cabinets Dewils? What wood/stain? I love the coffee garage arrangement, how deep is that cabinet?

A: Yes these are DeWils cabinets. Mahogany, Taurus door, natural finish. 
The coffee garage is 21" deep.

A: Unfortunately those were supplied by the client and I do not know where they found them.
