We have a few damaged pieces from transit and he got them replaced in excellent time. I hope we don't build again but if we do, you can bet Flashman Design Inc. will be our go to cabinet man. **★★★★★ — HU-300200107, Sept. 2019** > I have a contemporary home and the kitchen and family room just did not go with the ocean views. I stumbled onto Flashman Design and Andrew in search of a Galley sink as he reps the line. I walked into his small showroom in Laguna Beach and instantly connected with his product line. We hired him right away and he has been amazing! What talent and follow through. The hardest part was waiting 3 months for the cabinets to ship from Germany. So grateful for Andrew! I absolutely LOVE my new kitchen and family room. **★★★★★ — Madhu John, Aug. 2019** > we presented andrew flashman with the dilemma of combining two different aesthetics, namely those of my wife and me. the changes involved 2 full bathrooms, 3 levels of flooring, fans, curtains, and interior wall paints. the designs of various fixtures, the colors of wood, porcelain, and wall coverings, the quality of various materials, - all coalesced into a beautiful and elegant whole - not just in our eyes, but in the opinion of various people who have visited us, young and old, architects and artists, neighbors and friends. in my estimation, andrew's choice of material, texture and color reflected on his careful consideration of natural light in this home, its elevation and location. he was also mindful of the costs of various products and got the project done within our budgetary constraints. > > the entire project took 4 months despite some delays in delivery of material by a foreign manufacturer. the contractors employed by andrew were accomplished, professional, and never tardy. i would use them for any future project in a heartbeat. > > mr. flashman was referred to us by our neighbors for whom he has designed 2 separate homes. we found him very personable, easy to communicate our ideas and concerns. yes, we got lucky. we recommend him enthusiastically and wholeheartedly. **★★★★★ — Anthony Bertsos, Aug. 2019** > Andre Flashman of Flashman Design is an exceptionally talented designer. He did an amazing job of designing our kitchen and updating our bathrooms. Andrew made sure everything was completed to our satisfaction and beyond. His ideas are totally out of the box, and, if you listen to him and trust in his many years of experience, you will be blown away! VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMERS! His showroom in Laguna Beach is a must see. **★★★★★ — The O'Dell Group, April 2019** > Seriously, the VERY BEST! There wasn't one aspect of Andrew's services that we weren't beyond completely satisfied with ... from listening to our needs... to attention to detail... to dealing with contractors and architects... to his creativity in design... to working out differences of opinions... all with his calming demeanor and extensive experience. He not only made the process of remodeling way less painful, but he created the most beautiful kitchen I could imagine. It's been 3 years and we still have people coming in and "Ah-ing" and "Ooh-ing" over every detail he masterminded. Over the moon happy clients! **★★★★★ — Michael Fullen Design Group, April 2019** > I have worked with Andrew of Flashman design on multiple projects and found him in be consistently > Professional and well organized and an absolute expert in kitchen design. **★★★★★ — Natalie Moran, Sept. 2018** > We were so lucky to have been referred to Andrew! We were looking for a contemporary european kitchen design for our new house remodel and his line of Rational cabinets were absolutely perfect! Andrew has an amazing eye for design and his ideas and input helped tremendously. We went in thinking we were only going to purchase kitchen cabinets and we ended up with 2 bathroom, linen and glass storage cabinets and we couldn't be happier. Andrew is a true professional and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend Flashman Design!! **Comment from Flashman Design Inc.:** > Thank you Natalie. It was my pleasure to work with you and your husband. I hope you and your family enjoy your home for many years to come. **★★★★★ — Nicole Gage, June 2018** > My husband and I are in the midst of a major remodel of our home in Laguna Beach. We are so pleased that we found Andrew -- his aesthetic, his sense of style, his professionalism combine to make him the perfect choice for guiding us through this massive project. On the first day we met with Andrew, he began giving us wonderful advice, creative ideas ... long before we had established a formal relationship with him. This generousity of spirit along with his wide-ranging abilities as an interior designer, motivated us to sign on with him. We began with the kitchen remodel but now have trusted the entire 4,000 sq ft remodel to him. We recommend him most highly. **Comment from Flashman Design Inc.:** > Thank you for your kind comments, as well as your trust in my abilities. It is certainly a pleasure to work you. **★★★★★ — Nadine Levinson, May 2018** > I cannot say enough about how satisfied I am after working with Andrew at Flashman Designs. The process of building this kitchen has been a complete pleasure. And, this is my fourth kitchen, wherein my other experiences were less notable, including my last Neff kitchen. The Rationale Cabinets I selected are fantastic, functional and beautiful! > > From start to finish, Andrew is overseeing the project. The planning stage took a few weeks to produce the most functional and aesthetically beautiful kitchen I have ever had. He paid attention to every detail, making sure my various cooking needs were met. Each drawer and cabinet have appropriate liners and separators and all my kitchen utensils, pots, plates, etc have a home. And, I love to cook and bake! I now have to find other ways to get my fitbit step numbers up as the kitchen is so functional and integral to the rest of my home. > > Andrew shepherded me through all the the various phases to make sure I would select the best appliances as well as stones and glass for the countertops and backsplashes. > > Andrew also had an eye on the entire home project and helped with other design areas, finding a way to upgrade and build two beautiful fireplaces who were tired and dated from the 80's, but looking like they were made in the 40's. He helped me update a bathroom, bar and entry way, and thus made my home much more cohesive. And all of the upgrades and additional cabinets were reasonably priced. > > The cabinets arrived from Germany on schedule... maybe even a week early. Andrew referred me to Bob Simms Construction for the installation. Bob was fantastic. My cabinets were up in less than 2 weeks, and the kitchen was functioning in three weeks. This is in striking contrast to my other kitchens which took from 5-10 months to install. I felt I was part of a great team. > > If you are looking for beautiful and functional kitchens and bathrooms, and actually anything else you desire design wise in your home.... be sure and consult with Andrew Flashman Designs. He has a whole gamut of inventory from Rolls Royce (RR) quality cabinets, to less expensive ones, that look like Rolls Royce cabinets. Andrew provides RR professionalism and service to all customers, despite their choices or budgets. **Comment from Flashman Design Inc.:** > Nadine, thank you for your very kind words. It has been a pleasure working with you. **★★★★★ — Stuart Hering, Feb. 2018** > Andrew is a talented, creative, and experienced designer. We worked with Andrew on a complete remodel of the entire upper floor of our home. This included an open concept, modern/contemporary, European-style kitchen, living area, and dining area. He designed our kitchen, and we purchased our cabinets from him. He also provided invaluable input and design support for the other areas of this floor, helping to create a wonderfully integrated space. Andrew is a true collaborator and a great resource. He’s a skilled interior designer with a good eye, helping us with colors, surfaces, materials, etc. We used many of his recommended vendors for these items. Andrew helped us realize our vision and transform our home. We’re very happy with the results. I highly recommend Andrew Flashman for any design/remodel project – kitchen, home etc. Andrew’s the best! **★★★★★ — Muna Soltan, Dec. 2017** > The times we spend with Andrew Fleshman designing our kitchen was a fun and an educational experience. I am so happy with the way our kitchen design and functionality turned out. It was pleasure working with Andrew and planing our dream kitchen. I enjoy gourmet cooking using many tools and gadgets. I have collected many serving dishes over the years. I was surprised how it all fit neatly with the limited space we had. **Comment from Flashman Design Inc.:** > Thank you Muna. It was a total pleasure working with you. **★★★★★ — phyllis1215, July 2015** > Andrew designed our kitchen about 8 years ago and it still looks brand new. It gets a "Wow I love your kitchen" from anyone that walks in it. Even if they saw it 100 times before. I still say it every morning as well. He took a space and transformed it to something that no one could of ever imagined. I knew it would be beautiful because he just got what you liked. He has impeccable taste. I would use him for every project I could... if I moved to CA. ## Selected projects - [Belcourt](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/belcourt-pj-vj~7130678) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 2 - [Laguna Beach 3](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/laguna-beach-3-pj-vj~6869412) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 15 - Description: A Laguna Beach home underwent a complete remodel.
