Initially, we hired Christine to double check our draftsman’s plans for our new home and look for any “red flags.” She meticulously reviewed each room, elevation, and exterior drawing; met with our draftsman several times; and inputted the draftsman’s elevations and room layout into her CAD system so we could see the exact home we were building. As a result, she helped us make modifications to the initial design to accommodate our desired use and enhance the aesthetic look of the home. > Over the next several months, Christine met with us to design the interior and exterior of our home. Christine is an excellent listener and was able to hone in on design styles, which reflected our tastes. She worked tirelessly over the weeks and months to find materials that fit with our Craftsman style home. In addition, she would suggest practical ideas that we would never have thought about, which made significant improvements in the details of the home. > Christine Smith is a consummate professional and has guided us through the design phase, and now in the construction phase. The trims are actually stained, not painted, using a Behr Premium Wood Coating called "Cordovan Brown" \#SC-104 in the solid color as opposed to transparent for better coverage and a darker, richer look overall.
